Does the report change daily, or is it the same every time I open it?

The report is permanent. It is based on your exact date of birth (which doesn't change) plus the current-state cue you pick at checkout (a single snapshot). The two are designed to work together: the report tells you who you are, the daily tells you what today is.

What if my state changes in six months — do I need to buy it again?

No. Your element is fixed (it is a chart-layer reading from your birthday, not a moment reading). Your state can shift — that is normal. When it does, you will have the framework from the report, and the chapters on the other two states are still there for reference; most people find they pull something different from each chapter at different points in their year. Re-buying is not necessary unless you specifically want a fresh state-routed read.
